The wait

 THE 'WAIT'

We were told that to wait means never.
We were told that to wait means not part of it.
We were told that to wait means cannot have it.
We were told that to wait means doesn’t belong to it.

These are the interpretations of our 'Wait'.
When you are told it, it means one of those.
Wait or Never
Cannot be a part of what they have
Doesn’t belong to what they do
Cannot have what they have.
Our world of Safe play.

Tactical greed is played on 419 formations
By the coaches non-English but acquainted with English knowledge.
They have personified everything
And give us the scraps
Which were the 'wait' for their dogs.

It is time to interpret the interpretation of the things we ineterpret.
Bridge the 'wait'gap now or never
By being you
In the affairs of men.

When the men of light and wisdom
Occupied the centre stage of Philosophy,
The Aristotles, Platos, Shakespeares and the Worthwords...
They waited not
But plunged themselves into the wait button
And the never was an ever.
